Enterprise UX Leader with 13+ years designing mission-critical software platforms that serve millions of users and generate billions in revenue.

About Me

I'm an enterprise UX leader who has spent 13+ years designing mission-critical software platforms that serve millions of users and generate billions in revenue. I specialize in building Enterprise Products and design organizations that tackle complex, technical problems through user-centered design, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

My career has been defined by taking ambiguous challenges and turning them into successful businesses through design.

Career Highlights

Current Focus

Leading design for Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop, pioneering AI integration (Copilot) into enterprise administrator workflows. I'm designing how AI augments decision-making for technical professionals managing distributed infrastructure—creating experiences across desktop, web, and mobile platforms that make complex systems accessible.

Building & Scaling

Led and grew a design team for Microsoft's Security & Compliance suite from early-stage concepts to a $50+ billion business. Over four years, I designed the structure and experiences for Microsoft Compliance Center, industry-leading products like Insider Risk Management, and helped create an innovative design culture that balanced strict regulatory requirements with usability.

Early Career

Created the design system and product experiences for Windows Admin Center, the remote management console for Windows Server. The platform scaled from 150,000 to over 1 million managed servers in its first month and remains a critical tool for IT professionals today.

What Drives Me

I'm passionate about enterprise software that solves real problems for technical users. I thrive in regulated, high-stakes environments where design has to balance complexity with clarity, and where the work directly impacts how organizations operate.

I've built design teams from 2 to 50+ people, established design systems for complex product suites, and proven that thoughtful UX strategy can transform challenging technical domains into competitive advantages.
